Your Opinion ... Please

I have had a busy couple of weeks but man what a difference the new bed is making for me.  So much, in fact, that I am back to walking 30 minutes every day again and doing a light work out with weights 3 days a week.  Sure... I have to push myself to do it, but the point is "I feel good enough to want to do it again now".  I am having  some extra pain on the bottom of my right foot, but nothing that doesn't feel out of place for RA.  Perhaps an odd description, yet most of you know RA pain from "thats not a good sign" pain.
Last week, the Goodyear blimp came to town and although I have seen it numerous times ... I still enjoy watching it float around in the sky so quiet and peacefully.
I have had to eliminate most all trail riding from my rides due to my RA.  Typically, Adventure Riding is the least strenuous riding style that incorporates roads, gravel and dirt as well as asphalt.  An adventure ride varies by definition, it could be a mild 100 mile ride on roads the rider hasn't been on before and for others it could be a month long ride to Alaska, both qualify as an adventure. I am in the process of selecting a new name for my blog, and I would like your opinion. I have a poll set up on the right side of my blog with some names I am kicking around.  Please take time to vote for the one that you thinks sounds best.  Or, let me know if you think you have a better name for me to use.

A good bed means good quality sleep. A rested body means less symptoms. Win-win, huh? Great work on getting active again. The foot pain, I have it too. I will take your poll and great idea on the new name. I am all for RA Adventurer but how about RA Rebel? I am glad you are having good days and hope they stick around for a long time.

Lana, it feels so good to feel good again! The foot pain is kind of a nagging pain, it doesn't get any worse ... so far, not getting any better. I forgot that you had dubbed me "RA Rebel" at one time. lol

"RA Adventurer" all the way. Hope the bed's still working for you. ;)

Glad you're feeling better. Since I ride a motorcycle and have RA (which has at times prevented me from riding), I like the RA Adventure Rider. I really appreciate the blogging you do about riding mixed in with the obstacles that RA can present. I wanted to pick Adventure Rider but was very happy when I found your blog when I was first diagnosed. The first thing that went through my mind was "How long will I be able to ride.". Keep riding.

Andy, looked like RA Adventurer was going to take it early on. The bed is wonderful! So great to get a good nights sleep. I actually dreamed I was racing a hare scramble last night ... seemed so real I was disappointed when I woke up.

Hey Anon, would love to talk with you ... email me. What kind of bike do you ride? Thanks, I hope I can inspire you to keep on riding as well. I too have missed numerous rides that I had planned thanks to an inconvenient disease. Don't ever give in, keep on riding!
